Thanks to its 12 cameras covering the full body of the container, the glass inspection machine Evolution 12 offers 6 angles of shootings, each having 2 cameras:

• A high resolution camera analyses the higher part of the bottle. View from above the neck up to the shoulder.
• Another camera analyses the lower part of the bottle, from the base to the shoulder.

Stress inspection is performed using the same light sources and 4 additional cameras dedicated to the stress detection.

The SELECTOR is software included in EVOLUTION 12 as option. It uses the 12 cameras of EVOLUTION 12 to detect out of shape containers.

The Selector has different detections :

• Deformed body
• Irregular finish top
• Lean defect

MULTI-MODEL OPTION
The multi-model option allows Evolution 12 to inspect at the same time, various productions on the same line. This function, already installed in European glass plants, is dedicated to multi-products, using the 12 body inspection cameras of Evolution 12.
The Multi-model permits also to inspect no symmetrical items (logo, handle…) which have up to 4 different orientations on the conveyor. This new function increases significantly the inspection quality of this type of item.
