Teplotechna-Prima, s.r.o.

Teplotechna Prima Ltd. emerged from the privatisation of two state-owned organisations, which were located in Teplice : Teplotechna Teplice and Uniprojekt. Teplotechna Teplice public corporation came in to being in 1952 as a company with country-wide activity. During its existence it participated in the construction of glassworks, chemical factories, metallurgical plants.
Uniprojekt company was founded as Teplotechna in 1951 and was working as a top projection institution which participated with projects from various areas of industrial production. Main branches of its interest were glass, chemical, ceramic and wooden industry. The group in Teplice was especially interested in glass industry.
In the year 1989 after the cancellation of the Ministry of Civil Engineering came Teplotechna Teplice public corporation under the Ministry of Industry and at this time Teplotechna Teplice public corporation and Uniprojekt joined together and created one company called Teplotechna Teplice public corporation. This company was the only company in the Czech Republic able to arrange complex deliveries in the glass industry.
As it has been already mentioned in 1990 the whole company was privatised because of social changes in our country.
Privatisation of both companies wasn't done selectively but the material, personal and export equipment (machinery), know-how of these two companies and their technical archives were bought. These 40 years old archives included all projects, documentation, patents, documents of implementations.
